How do I ensure I select the correct size?

BĀMBA Swim pieces are designed to fit true to size with a signature high-cut aesthetic. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for more coverage or staying true to size for our intended minimal look.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene liners and tags still attached. Please note that sale items and pieces purchased during promotional periods are final sale.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic express shipping takes 1-3 business days, while international shipping via DHL Express usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

Do I have to pay international duties and taxes?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. BĀMBA Swim has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

How should I care for my BĀMBA swimwear?

To keep your swimwear in peak condition, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent immediately after use. Avoid rough surfaces, do not tumble dry, and dry in the shade to prevent color fading from UV exposure.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our distribution center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. Please double-check your shipping address and item selection before completing your purchase.
