BĀMBA Swim offers returns for store credit or size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all BĀMBA tags and protective hygiene stickers are firmly attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 5-7 business days.
